Meet Jessica

Jessica was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, but moved out to Colorado in 2005. She studied Psychology and Women Studies at Metropolitan State College, but felt called to the Healing Arts, so attended The Denver Integrative Massage School in 2015. It was here that she learned a blend of both Eastern and Western massage modalities. Jessica loves doing bodywork and considers it a way to root-down and reconnect with the self. This idea of feeling rooted, of reconnecting, re-centering, and remembering is central to the work she does. She feels as though bodywork is a way to shift our outer focus back inward- to come back home to the self, and bridge the mind-body gap. It is a way to feel rooted in our bodies, re-centered in our hearts, and helps us remember who we are. In her practice, she incorporates a combination of massage, energy work, and aromatherapy to assist in that journey back to self.  Jessica offers Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Restorative and Sports/Focused massage. She is relatively new to Northern Colorado and is so thrilled to join the Natural Living team. When she’s not practicing her craft, Jessica loves spending time with her two children, singing and playing guitar, and like a true southerner, spends way too much time in the kitchen.
